Welcome to Jumpstart!

We are delighted to welcome your family! Please complete this form to start the enrollment process at Jumpstart Early Learning Center. Providing these details helps us ensure a smooth transition and the best possible care for your little ones.

Pre-Enrollment Form

Families, kindly fill out the details below to begin the registration at Jumpstart. We are excited to meet you. Part-time care is $240 weekly, with sibling discounts available. We accept ELRC (Childcare Works) funding and can assist with your application. Our program runs Monday–Friday from 2:30pm–6:00pm during the school year, with an alternative center open 8am–5pm for non-school days.
